I wanted to figure out if this was a book I should pre-order/include in our display for the library since Gailey's previous works I had read are also part of our collection because they contain lgbtq content. I asked this question originally because I am a queer person who runs a lgbtq library. Magic for Liars is a perfect, spare, delectable novel that features a masterful narrative structure, terribly human characters occupying realistically magical settings, and more.
